SECTION 1-ABOUT US

This website is operated by integrity3Designs, a UK sole-trader business. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to integrity3Designs. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you. These Terms apply when you visit our website or place an order with us. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

SECTION 2- USING OUR WEBSITE

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of another person. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings and normal manufacturing or material variations. Measurements stated as approximate may also have small tolerances. Products described as compatible with IKEA SKÅDIS are independently designed accessories. integrity3Designs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by IKEA. IKEA SKÅDIS boards, pots, tools and other items shown for illustration are not included unless the product description expressly says otherwise. We may improve or discontinue products and correct genuine errors in descriptions, prices or availability. Any changes will not affect an order we have already accepted without your agreement.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the selected products under these Terms. An automatic order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, we cannot deliver to the address supplied or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund. Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched. You must be authorised to use the payment method supplied.

SECTION 5 - PRICES

The price payable is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Prices include any taxes that apply. Standard delivery to the UK destinations offered at checkout is free. and will be clearly shown before you place the order.

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY

We currently accept orders only for delivery to the UK destinations available at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will deliver without undue delay and, unless we agree otherwise with you, within 30 days after the contract is formed. We are not responsible for a delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you if a significant delay occurs and explain your options. Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered into your physical possession or to a person you nominated to receive them, unless you independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer. Please contact us promptly if an order is lost, damaged or appears not to have been delivered correctly.

SECTION 7 - CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your rights to cancel an online order and return goods are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. In summary, you may normally cancel an order within 14 days after receiving it and then have a further 14 days to send it back. Personalised products and items made to your individual specifications cannot normally be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. This exception does not apply merely because an item is made after you order it if it is a standard product rather than genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the return postage. Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

SECTION 8- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The text, photographs, product designs, graphics, logos and other original content on this website belong to integrity3Designs or are used with permission. You may view the website and make a copy of order information for your personal use, but you must not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our content or designs without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to them are used only to describe compatibility or intended use and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store uses services supplied by Shopify and payment, delivery and other service providers. A link to a third-party website does not mean that we control or endorse that website. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.

SECTION 10 - OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. We supply products primarily for private and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business or loss of opportunity arising from consumer purchases. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may also process information as necessary to operate the store, process payments and fulfil orders.

SECTION 12 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to an order are those in force when the order is placed. Any later change will not alter an existing contract unless required by law or agreed with you.

SECTION 13-GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and contracts made through our store are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
