SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver only to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or destinations outside the United Kingdom.
DELIVERY COST
Standard delivery is free.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Personalised, custom-made or made-to-order products may take longer; where applicable, the expected processing time will be shown in the product description or agreed with you.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Orders over £15 are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied with your order when the order is dispatched.
Orders of £15 or less are sent using Royal Mail standard delivery and may not include tracking. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
DELAYS AND LOST ORDERS
We will deliver your order without undue delay and, unless a different timescale has been agreed, no later than 30 days after your order is accepted.
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed or tracking shows a delivery problem, please contact us at integrity3Designs@outlook.com so we can investigate.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will arrange a suitable remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE GOODS
The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession or to a person you have nominated to receive them, unless you independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer.
